Amazing experience but definitely mentally and physically draining.
Athletics are small so every athlete knows each other. This also means that we get the care and attention that we need to succeed as a student-athlete. The academics are amazing and the school is beautiful you get to see the church from the field. You will also be in a city where you will experience new things, meet new people and you will never be bored
For the school itself there are not many cons. At USF, if we needed tutors then they would provide us with them. We did study hall and you had to get a certain GPA to get out of study hall. The struggle as a student athlete is just juggling it all and how you handle it personally.
I think that our head coach definitely wore us down to where we were running on fumes. We didn’t do any technical work more just hard work fitness.
