Best decision I’ve ever made.
Learning what it means to play on a team, your teammates become your family, learn how to overcome adversity, develop as an athlete AND as a person, being able to go to college while playing the sport you love, ...THERE ARE MANY MORE!
It’s not always easy, but I wouldn’t change any of the challenges I went through because they made me a stronger and better person.
Listen to your players and communicate with them on a more “equal“ basis, while distinguishing between complaining and communicating real issues, of course.
