Incredibly intense physically and mentally, but prepared me well for life after college.
Top tier athletic instruction, quality academic instruction, beautiful campus.
The academics are RIGOROUS. This is not a school to go to if you want to just casually get an education. You have to work for it. I’ve seen many baseball players from my school quit baseball because they couldn’t handle the school, sports, or both. But if you work hard for that education and for sports, you’ll be much better prepared than most of the population to get a job after.
The head coach did a great job of this but I wish the pitching coach in my early years was better about really being hard on us to push our boundaries. In my last year I had a pitching coach that did that, and that was probably the year I learned the most.
